It does everything, from shelves to cabinet hinges, just like IKEA. And it easily makes a hole in the wall if you want to drill into cement or iron, then yes, it might not be suitable, but even then, you would need a professional machine with a three-digit number. The 4 stars are because there are more affordable options that do the same job. As a tool, it is legit!
