If you eat cereals of this style, it is a very good choice. Organic, sugar-free and additive-free, variety of flavors, Greek and with eco-friendly packaging. I use them regularly and I am very satisfied. I have never had a problem with my stomach and their price at €4.00 at the grocery store is expected, I would say. For their category, top-notch!

Δεν αντιμετώπισα ποτέ πρόβλημα με το έντερο μου και η τιμή τους στα 4,00€ στον μπακάλη, είναι αναμενόμενη θα έλεγα.

As a first contact, they are tasteless but they are very healthy and filling. Also, my son eats them a lot (he is 3 years old).
I have tried other flavors from the same company. This is the second time I order them.

I was trying to find sugar-free cereals and decided to give them a try. With a price of 4.98€/350gr, they are not exactly cheap, but the product is organic and has nice packaging. The taste is unique. However, personally, it caused me intense gastrointestinal issues and unfortunately, I will not choose them again. I have a sensitive intestine and lactose intolerance, and while I consume regular vegetables and other cereals with oats and coconut milk, these specific ones did not agree well with my gut. I mention this in case someone else suffers from similar problems.
Προσπαθούσα να βρω δημητριακά χωρίς ζάχαρη και είπα να τα δοκιμάσω. Με τιμή 4,98€/350gr δεν τα λες οικονομικά αλλά το προϊόν είναι βιολογικό & με ωραία συσκευασία. Γεύση ιδιαίτερη. Όμως προσωπικά, μου δημιούργησε έντονα γαστρεντερικά φαινόμενα και δυστυχώς δεν θα τα επιλέξω ξανά. Έχω ευερέθιστο έντερο και δυσανεξία στη λακτόζη και ενώ καταναλώνω κανονικά λαχανικά και άλλα δημητριακά με βρώμη και γάλα καρύδας, τα συγκεκριμένα δεν συνεργάστηκαν καλά με το έντερό μου. Το αναφέρω σε περίπτωση που κάποιος πάσχει από αντίστοιχα προβλήματα.
