A reliable choice for balcony faucets. I have been using them for years. Prefer this one over the simple one (red handle), the difference is small and it really lasts longer.

It is my favorite faucet, I have installed 7-8. In the cold, with protection of course, it can withstand but sometimes one might drip even without frequent use or many freezes. I will look for a way to see if some gasket can be replaced in order to avoid replacements.

I had changed the outdoor faucets in my house to anti-freeze ones, hoping they would withstand the snowfall. After the winter season, while they did not break or leak water, they suffered permanent damage. One started to drip and after a few uses the leak grew larger, and the other two became very tight and difficult to handle. The conclusion is that all of them ultimately needed replacement after one winter, just like the simple taps that start to drip with the first frost. I don't know exactly what the term "anti-freeze" includes and under what conditions it applies, what I understood is that after a freeze they do not come out unscathed. And we are talking about a few days with -3 and 10 centimeters of snow, not a "real winter." Perhaps the high pressure of the network in my area and the relatively hard water play a role.

The product, as someone else mentioned, may be repellent, but after 6-9 months it starts to leak! It's not suitable for balconies! It's only good for handyman work that earns a few euros from occasional repairs! Italian product, what do you expect!

I installed it last year before winter. However, I didn't leave a review because last winter we didn't have many cold days. It reached a maximum of -6 if I remember correctly. We didn't have any issues.
But this year, with the -18 that hit us on the first day, and the -15 on the second day, and some slight negatives continuously for the next week, it didn't have any issues!
I didn't shut off the water like I used to with previous faucets to prevent them from breaking.
So I consider it truly anti-freezing since it withstands such temperatures.
Also, it is a normal faucet that opens and closes normally like all other faucets.
Don't make the mistake of saying that it endured snow. When we have snow, the temperature hovers around 0 degrees. Especially if it rises above zero during the day (as is customary), it can withstand a simple faucet!
Faucets don't break with snow. They break with the negatives where the water freezes!

Since 1995 when I first started using Cim tools, I became hooked on their accessories. In the photo, you can see a cottage in Rafina, renovated in 2020, with a Cim mini switch also installed. It looks like it was installed just yesterday, and it even withstood two heavy snowstorms.

Very good. Opens and closes easily. Doesn't leak at all. The packaging also includes Teflon tape. The only possible negative is that it doesn't come with a lock ring.
