Stiff for nylon material. In the non-stick baking tray that I tried, it "sounds" a lot to the point where you feel like you will damage the coating. The worst part, however, is cleaning it. Residues get trapped at the junction of the "wires." For Nava, I expected much better.

I bought this egg beater because all the pots are non-stick. As for the handle and ergonomics, it is very good. However, it has a big downside. It is not suitable for hot mixtures (medium and above). Specifically, I made a patisserie cream and believe me, due to the temperature the egg beater turned into butter, it did not melt or distort, it just became soooo rubbery soft that mixing was impossible. For cold beating, it is value for money. Another positive point is that because the "wires" are essentially joined at their ends, they do not distort during washing and storage. However, it loses 2 stars for this reason as it is not one size fits all and I will have to buy a second one.
