I bought this particular mattress in January 2025 and after 10 months it developed a problem as it would not hold air. I took it for inspection to the dealership through the store where I bought it, as it was under warranty, and they informed me that four strips of the mattress had been punctured and the cost to replace them was 67 euros (the current purchase price of this mattress is 97 euros). When I asked how it is possible for four strips to be punctured in 10 months when the patient weighs 50 kilos, there was of course no answer. I then refused the repair and asked for the mattress back, and then they said they wanted 35 euros for the inspection, regardless of the fact that the mattress was under warranty... simply tragic... Of course, I did not give them the money. Tragic dealership service... with illegal charges... stay away... as for the quality of the mattress, it lasted 10 months..
