They replaced it with the same one from the store where I bought it, but again at the first change the buttons broke. The black coating on the plates also came off very quickly. Very poor quality

    The use of it was only for baking waffles, it doesn't bake them evenly, it takes about 10 minutes to bake 2 waffles and the worst part is that the coating started to come off after 6-7 uses even though I was using butter
