It does what it is intended for without taking up much space. I bought 3 and they fit comfortably in a cable organization basket under the desk.
I prefer that it doesn't have a switch (which could be accidentally pressed).
It has enough "tight" sockets, which is probably good so that the cables don't come out easily.
