Simply put, if your Givi breaks and you need a replacement bracket, good luck! They asked me for photos to see if I had fallen, even though it was still under warranty. It's supposed to hold up to 7 kilos, but I only had 5 kilos of groceries in it and it broke twice in 3 kilometers. What a waste of money! They told me to glue it back together. I regret paying 75€ for it and another 20€ to have it glued (you have to remove it and take it to a mechanic) for one bracket, and now the other one is broken too. And the worst part is that it was difficult and dangerous to install. You have to remove the screw from the rear suspension and replace it with a larger one. Who is going to do that?
