  • I read the negative reviews and I want to say that I also had a problem with three reducers I bought, within 4 years. I had installed them in 2018, they were with the old cup and they all presented a problem. HOWEVER, they replaced all of them with the newer model, which solved the problem and indeed until today, 4 years later, I have had no problem. For those of you who are within the warranty period, don’t worry, ask for a replacement. P.S., my plumber had given me a 5-year warranty. I don’t know if that applies today.

I bought it because of the good reviews, my plumber's recommendation, and because it's Greek! And in the end, it lasted only one year! Flashy after all with two manometers, a filter at the bottom, but what good is it if it breaks down quickly? Suddenly it broke, increased the network pressure, and the washing machine inlet valve broke as well, that's how I realized something was wrong! Money wasted!

Very good and useful. But as someone said, it has a serious flaw in the transparent cup. It started leaking after about two years. I think the fault lies with the network pressure. I don't think it's normal for the network to give 13 bar. The good thing is that there is a spare part for the transparent cup. The bad thing is that if it breaks, you have to shut off your supply and order the spare part from where you bought it and from shops that know this particular reducer, and it will take a while to arrive. So whoever buys it, wherever they buy it from, should also ask for a spare cup whether theirs breaks or not.

It seems good but it has a weak point: the transparent cup at the bottom started leaking after three years and they told me there is no replacement part for it. So why did I buy a Greek product, spent a lot of money, just to throw it away?

Work of art! Pre-set at 3.5 bar output pressure and it is exactly 3.5. It is the only one with a visible water filter for checking impurities. IT IS ALSO GREEK!

One month in use so far it seems to be doing well, I installed it myself because I got tired of the craftsmen. The previous one from another company but more expensive lasted 3 years..
