The Alfacare Pulmo Trainer device is designed to assist and improve deep breathing (inhalation).

Deep breathing helps expand the lung alveoli and clear the airways of mucus. It is recommended for maintaining or improving respiratory function in individuals with acute respiratory problems, patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and bedridden patients.

Instructions for Use:

• Inhale deeply trying to lift one, two, or all three balls, according to your doctor's instructions.
• Hold your breath for 2 to 3 seconds and exhale slowly through the nose, having removed the mouthpiece from your lips.
• Relax after each deep breath and breathe normally.
• Repeat the process at the frequency prescribed by your doctor.
• Cough after exercising to clear accumulated secretions. You may use a small pillow for chest incisions.
