This is the 3rd one I have used, the tube and mouthpiece are of better quality than the others, however: the balls rise much more easily on inhalation and even more easily on exhalation.
Also, when blowing, it makes an annoying whistling sound, overall the exercises with this are very easy, I don't see how it will be effective this way, I was disappointed because I paid more money for something that wasn't worth it.
