The Microplane Gourmet grater has a coarse stainless steel blade designed for grating fruits, vegetables, cheeses, ginger, garlic, coconut and other foods. The sharp blade cuts ingredients precisely without crushing them, bringing out their natural aroma and flavour. The ergonomic soft-touch handle and non-slip rubber feet provide stability and ease of use.

The wide grating surface allows the grater to rest on bowls, pots and plates. It can be cleaned by rinsing under running water or in the dishwasher, and stored with the reusable protective cover, which is not dishwasher safe.
