Very good earplugs. They reduce the sound quite a lot, I would say, to the point that sometimes you can't hear some things when the machines are not running. They are relatively comfortable. With prolonged use, they are a bit tiring for the ears.

They are just fine for the often deafening noise in the metro where it reaches and exceeds 90dB (mainly in the old orange-silver trains). They have an adjustable height level on the head. Also, when I put them on, they 'suction' onto my ears and when I take them off, they pull on my eardrums. I don't know what will happen with this, I will ask my ENT doctor and get back to you.
