Very good, bakes evenly, light but stable, strong kneading for quite a while, well-baked bread but also many other things, makes very nice cottage cheese, nice yogurt, rice pudding using the cereal program (30 minutes + about 15 minutes of temperature maintenance until it thickens), nice jams as well, tasty sweet bread like tsoureki.
On the negative side, I would say I miss the pause function to make corrections to the dough (to clean the sides from flour a bit, to add water or flour in the first 10 minutes to get the right dough, but this problem can be solved with a socket with a switch), also if you select medium or dark crust, it bakes more than I would like. The notification sound for adding ingredients or program end is very low. Finally, it has very few recipes (you can find much better ones on the internet but it takes quite a bit of experimentation to find what satisfies you) and the instructions are not available in Greek.
I would not recommend (this applies to all bread makers) programming it for fresh bread in the morning before you have tried it several times and found THE right recipe (ratio of flour and liquids) for you.

I don't like the breads I make in this machine. I am forced to use it only for raw dough.
