Description & Specifications

The Microplane Master grater features an extra-coarse, photo-etched stainless steel blade for cutting foods into long slices without tearing them. It is suitable for apples, cabbage, zucchini, carrots, onions, cheese and chocolate, and has a walnut wood handle.

The sturdy stainless steel frame has a non-slip rubber base. To clean, rinse under running water and leave to dry; do not soak. The reusable protective cover makes storage easier and is not dishwasher-safe.
