To prepare hot, mix 40 g of powder with 200 ml of whole milk in a metal container and heat the mixture to 75°C. For a creamier, thicker texture, heat for longer. To prepare cold, mix 50 g of powder with 130–140 ml of whole milk and ice, either in a frappe maker or a blender.
