The Hikvision DS-3E0106HP-E unmanaged Layer 2 switch powers devices over Ethernet cable through four PoE ports, while two uplink ports connect it to the network and a recorder. Port 1 supports Hi-PoE with up to 60 W of power, while ports 2 to 4 provide up to 30 W each, with a total PoE budget of 60 W. Using the switch on the rear panel, Extend Mode enables transmission up to 300 m from the four PoE ports at a speed of 10 Mbps.

The metal enclosure is fanless. Installation is Plug-and-Play, and the package includes a power adapter and an English-language manual.
