    I cannot verify if it contains what it promises. I use it in my daily training for electrolytes, it has a cool, slightly lemon flavor and it is the most economical (€4/20pcs). I don't like that it leaves some solids in the glass. Close to races, I use SIS (€10/20pcs) because they have informed sport certification.

    One of the most useless products I have tried.. It did nothing in terms of immediate energy restoration. It helps a little more to add salt to my food, rather than this product. When I added salt to my fruit juice, I immediately felt better. It was as if I didn't take it at all. Also, the smell it has is like floor cleaner...
