To get steam, you have to continuously press the button (which, between us, is not that strong so you have to go over the clothes several times for them to be properly ironed). Also, the iron is very heavy, resulting in my hand hurting after every ironing session. Now I'm stuck with it for the next few years.

    I had a Stirela. No comparison. Clothes need more pressing with this iron. I’ve had it for a year. I’m not satisfied with the steam output. You have to press it many times before it starts to release steam. The Stirela (one of the first and best models from 21 years ago, €240 back then, worked non-stop for 20 years, with minor repairs while raising 6 children) you pressed it half a time and you could iron a whole garment. And for the money, it’s a lot compared to its performance.
    I’m coming back to say... unacceptable!!! Because it has the steam generator in the iron, it constantly clogs and will keep clogging, and each time you have to pay at least €20 for the technician to unclog it because you can’t use a cleaner. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE JOB IT DOES. I was forced to look for another one because for the clothes I have, this one will need a technician after every ironing... Terrible!

I bought it on October 12, 2024—not even a year—and for several months now, the plate leaves a lot of limescale on the clothes, the service does not cover cleaning and they ask me for 30 euros to clean it without any guarantee that it won't need it again soon!! Also, the steam takes a long time to activate even after pressing the button for a while, and on the other hand, when you release the button, it continues to emit steam for no reason. The house fills with steam and humidity and water drips from the ironing board. Unfortunately, the worst purchase I have ever made!

    My Rowenta, which I had for 15 years, broke down and I decided to get a Tefal. No comparison. To get steam, you have to continuously press the button (which, between us, is not that strong so you have to go over the clothes several times for them to be properly ironed). Also, the iron is very heavy, resulting in my hand hurting after every ironing session. Now I'm stuck with it for the next few years.

    I had a Stirela. No comparison. Clothes need more pressing with this iron. I’ve had it for a year. I’m not satisfied with the steam output. You have to press it many times before it starts to release steam. The Stirela (one of the first and best models from 21 years ago, €240 back then, worked non-stop for 20 years, with minor repairs while raising 6 children) you pressed it half a time and you could iron a whole garment. And for the money, it’s a lot compared to its performance.
    I’m coming back to say... unacceptable!!! Because it has the steam generator in the iron, it constantly clogs and will keep clogging, and each time you have to pay at least €20 for the technician to unclog it because you can’t use a cleaner. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE JOB IT DOES. I was forced to look for another one because for the clothes I have, this one will need a technician after every ironing... Terrible!
