    I do bodybuilding and I bought it to help with pumps at the gym and to boost my immune system. The taste and smell are so intense that I couldn't swallow more than 3 tablets (1 per day). The only advantage is that each tablet corresponds to 8250mg of garlic, so it is very potent.

    For those who have a problem with the taste and smell, I recommend taking capsules instead of tablets because the substance in the capsule does not come into contact with the mouth and tongue

    It is more powerful (8600) than the others I used to take before and I decided to try it. I have been taking it for a week now and it feels like I'm not taking anything. My heart used to hurt. I was at risk of dying from a high pressure of 16 and a low pressure of 9.9! It is not possible to lie to people with high blood pressure about milligrams, if this is happening.. Never again!
