We have had it for 3 years and use it daily. While it has a very powerful motor and a fairly quality construction, its Achilles' heel is the poor sealing of the pitcher at the bottom, which results in the coupler breaking (this is what the company's technician told me), especially if you put hot food inside. Clearly a manufacturing flaw. The first pitcher broke in less than a year and was replaced under warranty. The second lasted 2 years with careful use, meaning as much lukewarm food as possible. The representative does not repair the pitchers, as I have read happens in other countries, but sells you a whole new pitcher for €79 + shipping. In a conversation with the service of berson SA, Sarafidis bros, which imports KitchenAid devices in Greece, they told me that they do not import the spare parts needed for the repair, while on the manufacturer's website the spare part codes are normally listed and sold, but not to individuals, only to representatives. So you pay €400 for a blender and have to pay an additional €80 every 1-2 years to keep having a blender.

Very easy to use for adding and removing and washing the pitcher. With sturdy construction materials and a very powerful motor. And of course, beautifully designed.
