Cleaning & maintenance process:

  • Allow the grill to cool completely before rinsing it with warm water.
  • Avoid using dish soap or detergent for cleaning, as it damages the patina.
  • Clean with a special brush and let it dry.
  • Dry immediately after cleaning; you can place it over very low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Coat all surfaces of the cookware with a thin film of vegetable oil.
  • Do not store the cast iron cookware wet and without vegetable oil to avoid rust.
