It provides relatively relief. The battery lasts. It seems quite quality. It is NOT a "fake." Now, regarding how effective it is as a tool, I think it is a bit subjective depending on the problem each person has. We mainly use the large, soft ball for use on the back.

After a month of use, I believe it is one of the best purchases I have made. The battery easily lasts for up to 3 uses. It naturally depends on the intensity and the time someone uses it. Its components are good, although in the end, you use one or two. When you press harder on one spot, it increases the intensity, and very conveniently, as soon as you stop the extra pressure, it goes back down to your preset level. Of course, you might have already chosen a high level so that you don't need to press.

Sturdy construction but the negative is that you cannot decrease the volume during use, only increase it. You will have to close it and reopen it again to put it on a lower scale.
