    1) The camera is labeled in the description as well as on the front of the packaging as having a resolution of 1080p, while in reality the resolution is much worse - on the back of the box it states a resolution of 640*480p, which is the actual resolution of the product (see photo).

    2) It is mentioned that the connection is USB (one USB cable for both video and audio), while in reality it comes with one USB cable for video AND one 3.5mm AUX cable for audio, which causes distortion of the sound during use in teleconferences.

    Based on these issues, I returned the camera and got my money back.
