You only need a small amount as it is like coconut oil that melts when you hold it between your fingers, so it spreads very easily without irritating already sore/injured nipples, it doesn't need to be rinsed off, the baby can ingest it, and it doesn't stick like other similar creams! I wish I had bought it before any other I tried! I recommend it to all my pregnant friends

Χρειάζεται ελάχιστη ποσότητα καθώς είναι σαν το λάδι καρύδας που λιώνει όταν το κρατήσεις στα δάχτυλα κ έτσι απλώνεται πανευκολα χωρίς να ενοχλεί τις ήδη ερεθισμένες/πληγωμένες θηλές, δε χρειάζεται ξεβγαλμα, μπορεί να το καταναλώσει το μωρό , δεν κολλάει όπως άλλες αντίστοιχες κρέμες! Μακάρι να την είχα πάρει πριν από όποια άλλη δοκίμασα! Τη συστήνω σε όλες τις έγκυες φίλες μου

Μεσα σε 10 λεπτα εχει πάρει τον περισσότερο πονο. Προσωπικά η κρεμα λανολινης δεν μου εκανε τιποτα, αλλα η συγκεκριμένη ηταν πάρα πολύ ανακουφιστική!
Very good for preventive reasons and as soon as irritation starts. For more advanced situations, I believe lanolin use is necessary. The combination of both, depending on how you feel after each breastfeeding, is ideal for the first period.
