    The knives are absolutely useless, you have to put all your weight on them to cut a small extension. I was excited about the fact that all the parts can be removed for washing, but the quality of the knives is terrible. I have cut potatoes with a simple €2 knife and it cuts like butter, this one is very expensive for what it ultimately doesn't offer.
