The 350ml size is ideal for good milk froth without wasting too much milk. I fill it up to one finger below the 'fold' of the spout. I had a cheap one and I never managed to make microfoam. I read that the thickness of the metal matters and I didn't really believe it until I tried this one. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra €. At least then you'll know it's not the milk jug's fault.

Expensive indeed, but no comparison to the €6 one I had. The finish and thickness of the material are much superior in this Motta milk frother, while at the same time it has the ideal shape for preparing frothed milk.
ακριβό μεν , αλλά καμία σχέση με μια των 6€ που είχα. Το φινίρισμα και το πάχος του υλικού κατά πολύ ανώτερα στην εν λόγω γαλατιέρα της Motta, ενώ παράλληλα διαθέτει και την ιδανική φόρμα για την παρασκευή αφρόγαλου.
