Unfortunately, we realized it too late and learned from the company's returns policy that they are only accepted within 15 days. Without having used it much, it had a problem with the front clip that locks the door. But its biggest issue is that the top and bottom parts open very easily. I had put a small kitten inside to take it to the vet, and as it was bouncing around, it managed to open it and get out. I consider it unreliable and not worth the trouble of buying, even if it is cheap.

Χωρίς να το εχουμε χρησιμοποιήσει ιδιαιτερα, εμφάνισε προβλημα στο κλιπάκι μπροστά που κλειδωνει το πορτάκι. Αλλα το μεγαλύτερό του πρόβλημα είναι ότι το πανω με το κατω μερος ανοιγουν πολυ ευκολα. Είχα βαλει ενα γατακι μεσα, μικρό, να το πα΄με στον κτηνίατρο, και όπως χτυπιόταν κατάφερε να τ ανοιξει και να βγει.
Θεωρώ ότι δεν ειναι αξιόπιστο, δεν αξιζει να μπείτε στον κόπο να το αγοράσετε, κι ας ειναι φθηνό.
