Update 03/11/21: After about a week of use, I am removing one star and explaining why:
If you are in a building with multiple WiFi networks, be prepared for interference. Firstly, the device only operates on 2.4 GHz, and secondly, it seems that it is not powerful enough to maintain a stable connection with devices in other rooms, resulting in frequent momentary disconnections. This happens because the device constantly tries to find a channel without interference. Unfortunately, a quite serious problem is the fact that even if you set a channel through the software instead of auto, it will not hold it. If you do not live in a densely populated area or you are close enough to the router, you will not have a problem. However, if you live in a space with many WiFi networks around you, you need to move the device closer to the devices so that they do not lose the signal. I do not consider this a problem of the device, it just confirms that it is probably not suitable for a primary home router. The rest of the evaluation still applies, but if you are not interested in portability, I would recommend switching to a router with antennas and dual-band 5 GHz.

Initial review
Satisfied so far. It has full signal in a 120 sqm house, its installation is easy as well as its management through the TP MiFi application, which has all the settings you will need. Its speed is exactly the same as the mobile (Vodafone network) and has not dropped below 24Mbps even during peak hours. The only negative is the slightly high price, the VERY short cable, and the absence of a charger, but we all have a spare charger somewhere or you can connect it to your computer to power it via USB.
The device has an internal slot for an SD card, although I can't imagine why someone would want to transfer files to a card and open the device every time or write them to the card via the network. It is preferable to share files through the network with an external hard drive connected to your computer.
Useful tips: If you are not interested in portability and have it permanently plugged in like me, in the battery settings of the TP MiFi application, select 'Long Range' for signal strength so that you have the strongest signal. Also, from the application, you can disable data whenever you want so that your various devices do not consume data all the time and the device only functions as a WiFi network.

Update 03/11/21: Μετά από περίπου μια εβδομάδα χρήσης αφαιρώ ένα αστεράκι και εξηγώ γιατί:
Αν είστε σε κτίριο με πολλά WiFi δίκτυα ετοιμαστείτε για παρεμβολές. Αφενός η συσκευή λειτουργεί μόνο σε 2,4 ghz και αφετέρου από ότι φαίνεται δεν είναι αρκετά δυνατή για να διατηρήσει σταθερή τη σύνδεση με τις συσκευές που είναι σε άλλα δωμάτια, με αποτέλεσμα πολύ συχνά να χάνουν στιγμιαία τη σύνδεσή τους. Αυτό συμβαίνει γιατί η συσκευή προσπαθεί συνεχώς να βρει κανάλι χωρίς παρεμβολές. Δυστυχώς αρκετά σοβαρό πρόβλημα είναι το γεγονός ότι ακόμα και αν ορίσετε κανάλι μέσα από το λογισμικό αντί για auto, δεν θα το κρατήσει. Αν δεν μένετε σε πυκνοκατοικημένη περιοχή ή είστε αρκετά κοντά στο router, δεν θα έχετε πρόβλημα. Αν όμως μένετε σε χώρο που υπάρχουν πολλά WiFi δίκτυα γύρω σας πρέπει να μεταφέρετε τη συσκευή πιο κοντά στις συσκευές ώστε να μη χάνουν το σήμα. Δεν το χαρακτηρίζω πρόβλημα της συσκευής, απλά επιβεβαιώνεται ότι μάλλον δεν κάνει για βασικό ρούτερ σπιτιού. Τα υπόλοιπα της αξιολόγησης ισχύουν, αλλά αν δεν σας ενδιαφέρει η φορητότητα θα σας έλεγα να στραφείτε σε ρούτερ με κεραίες και διπλή ζώνη με 5ghz.

Αρχική αξιολόγηση
Ικανοποιημένος μέχρι στιγμής. Έχει φουλ σήμα σε σπίτι 120τμ, η εγκατάσταση του είναι εύκολη όπως και η διαχείριση του μέσω της εφαρμογής TP MiFi, η οποία έχει ό,τι ρυθμίσεις θα χρειαστείτε. Η ταχύτητα του είναι ίδια ακριβώς με το κινητό (δίκτυο Vodafone) και δεν έχει πέσει κάτω από 24Mbps ακόμα και σε ώρες φόρτου. Μόνο αρνητικό η λίγο τσιμπημένη τιμή, το ΠΟΛΥ κοντό καλώδιο και η απουσία φορτιστή, αλλά όλοι κάπου έχουμε έναν περισσευούμενο φορτιστή ή το συνδέετε με τον υπολογιστή για να παίρνει ρεύμα από USB.
Η συσκευή έχει θέση εσωτερικά και για SD card, αν και δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ γιατί θα ήθελε κάποιος να περνάει αρχεία σε κάρτα και να ανοίγει τη συσκευή κάθε φορά ή να τα γράφει στην κάρτα μέσω δικτύου. Προτιμήστε να μοιράσετε μέσω δικτύου κάποιον εξωτερικό σκληρό που είναι συνδεδεμένος με τον υπολογιστή σας.
Χρήσιμες συμβουλές: Αν δεν σας ενδιαφέρει η φορητότητα και το έχετε μόνιμα στην πρίζα όπως εγώ, στις ρυθμίσεις μπαταρίας της εφαρμογής TP MiFi επιλέξτε 'Long Range' στην ισχύ του σήματος ώστε να έχετε το δυνατότερο σήμα. Επίσης από την εφαρμογή μπορείτε να απενεργοποείτε τα data όποτε θέλετε ώστε να μην σας 'τρώνε' data οι διάφορες συσκευές σας όλη την ώρα και η συσκευή να λειτουργεί μόνο ως δίκτυο WiFi.
