    I bought it last year (2023) out of necessity. It was a very good choice. Perfect taste and aroma and great for salads. You can tell the quality. But almost 20€ per liter... okay, there are limits (!). Due to the strong flavor, it's not suitable for sweets or fried foods. This year, fortunately, we have oil from Mytilene again, which is lighter and works for everything. I would buy Therape again, but the price needs to drop. That same year, I also bought 2 other Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils with low acidity, from those that are sold only in organic shops, but they weren't as flavorful as Therape (you want to dip your bread in it), I'm saying this if you want to spend a lot of money on oil... if you have it, that is
