This motherboard is boring, which is why I give it 5 stars, because if you want a motherboard to look out the window at again after 10 years, there aren't many of this level. Get it for its immortal build, plenty of phases, capacitors, heatsinks, ergonomics, thickness, high speeds with 4 RAM DIMMs, reliable wireless and wired chips, and much more. It forgives mistakes, withstands experiments, and stands the test of time. Very serious, and it even gives you the bells and whistles if you want, as it has fan and RGB headers on every side, front panel headers (soon we'll be searching for those too with all the nonsense going on), but above all I believe this particular motherboard is an experience on its own and it's worth investing in even in 2026 to avoid the theatrical performances of the big companies. For years now, with the greenest and most boring settings, it performs everything wonderfully without drops and freezes. I can't say the same for friends who chose something else and had to buy the same things again after the warranty. It handles the most modern graphics with the largest AM4 processors flawlessly.

Very good motherboard for its price, the only negative is that I had a bit of trouble with the wifi antenna which I encountered a small issue but it was eventually resolved. Overall experience very positive, I highly recommend it, as the problem regarding the wifi may be due to my router or my connection.

Also, plenty of connections if you don't have a fan hub/RGB controller for multiple fans.
I think the price range of 130-140€ is the strongest and most reliable motherboard for a new build with 5600 or 5800x3D! It has SAM support and 1xPCIe 7000+MB speeds. A positive aspect is that it has thermal pads to keep the SSD cool.
5/5 and I highly recommend it for aesthetically-minded and demanding users!

Now, there are 2 issues that are not immediately apparent.
This (rev. 1.0), for me, both were 1.2. I don't think you will find 1.0 anymore, but don't listen to anyone saying that 1.3/1.4 is better than 1.2 or 1.5. The only difference in all of these is the wifi/bt module. One is AMD, the other is Intel, and the third is realtek. Except for 1.0, in practice, they are all the same since the features promised by Intel (rev 1.3-1.4) will never be seen in practice. HOWEVER, all these revs have to do with different bios from the gigabyte website, so be careful when downloading the bios to make sure it's for the rev you have.
The second issue is that the motherboard simply is NOT compatible with Ryzen 1xxx or 2xxx, so before buying it, we need to know what we will put on it.

Τώρα σε 2 θέματα που δεν είναι διακριτά με την πρώτη ματιά.
Αυτό το (rev. 1.0), εμένα ήταν και οι δύο 1.2. Δε νομίζω πως θα βρεις 1.0 πια όμως μην ακούσεις πως το 1.3/1.4 είναι καλύτερο από το 1.2 ή από το 1.5. Η διαφορά σε όλα αυτά είναι ΜΟΝΟ το wifi/bt module. Το ένα είναι AMD το άλλο είναι Intel to τρίτο είναι realtek. Με εξαίρεση το 1.0 στην πράξη είναι όλα το ίδιο μιας και τα καλούδια που υπόσχεται η intel (rev 1.3-1.4) δε θα τα δεις στην πράξη ποτέ. ΟΜΩΣ όλα αυτά τα rev έχουν να κάνουν με διαφορετικό bios από το site της gigabyte οπότε προσοχή μεγάλη όταν κατεβάζουμε το bios να είναι για το rev που έχουμε.
Το δεύτερο θέμα είναι πως η μητρική απλά ΔΕΝ είναι συμβατή με Ryzen 1xxx ουτε και με 2xxx οπότε πριν την αγοράσουμε πρέπει να ξέρουμε τι θα βάλουμε απάνω.

I combined this motherboard with a Ryzen 5 5600 3.9GHz, a Western Digital Black SN770 SSD 500GB M.2 NVMe PCI Express 4.0 hard drive, Kingston Fury Renegade 32GB DDR4 RAM with 2 Modules (2x16GB) and a speed of 3600 for Desktop, MSI MAG Forge 100M Gaming Midi Tower Case with Side Window and RGB Lighting, Be Quiet System Power 10 750W Full Wired 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply. I made two mistakes out of haste, the memory cards run up to 3600 while the processor up to 3200, resulting in instability. I disabled XMP from the BIOS and everything is fine. And the second mistake with the power supply is that it doesn't have detachable cables. Fortunately, in the case, by removing the cover for the HDD disks, they fit in there. I forgot the most important thing. 598 euros including shipping. That is approximately 580 euros net.

I highly recommend this build, everything works perfectly. Booting Windows 11 from a USB stick, the PC opened directly to the Windows settings, without needing anything.
Hogwarts Legacy runs at 1440p medium-high graphics at 45-55fps, which is remarkable for this graphics card that I have.
Although it has a B550 chip, the motherboard is of very good quality! Coming from a motherboard with an X570 chip, I can't see any clear benefit in getting something else! It does everything, more or less, it has almost everything, 2 M2 ports, wifi, bluetooth, RGB, good sound card, very good quality components in construction, plenty of USB 3.2 ports and even support for front USB type C... really a very good motherboard in terms of cooling, with settings for a decent overclocking... but also in terms of capacitors and power supply! Also, it seems quite reliable in terms of construction and certainly on an AM4 platform, you can't ask for anything more!
αν και Β550 το τσιπακι, η μητρικη ειναι παρα πολυ καλης ποιοτητας! Και ερχομενος απο μητρικη με Χ570 τσιπακι, δεν μπορω να δω καποιο πολυ ξεκαθαρο οφελος να παρεις κατι αλλο! Τα κανει ολα, λιγο-πολυ, εχει σχεδον τα παντα, 2 θυρες Μ2, wifi, bluetooth, rgb, καλη καρτα ηχουν, πολυ καλα ποιοτικα κομματια στην κατασκευη, αρκετες θυρες usb 3.2 και ακομα και υποστηριξη για εμπρος usb type c... πραγματικα ΠΑΡΑ πολυ καλη μητρικη και απο αποψη ψυξης, με ρυθμισεις για ενα συμπαθητικο overclocking... αλλα παραλληλα και σε θεματα πυκνωτων και παροχης ρευματος! Επισης, φαινεται αρκετα αξιοπιστη απο αποψη κατασκευης και σιγουρα σε ΑΜ4 πλατφορμα δεν μπορεις να ζητησεις τιποτα παραπανω!

It doesn't have an LED on top to show if there is an error...I only saw one LED on the top right corner. It doesn't have what the competitor cards have (e.g. Asus ROG Strix B550) which have 4 LEDs (for indicating errors in RAM-CPU-BGA-POST).
When the processor arrives and I install it, I will update it.
I have the REV 1.3 with Wi-Fi.

Δεν εχει πανω led για να σου δείχνουν αν υπαρχει σφαλμα .... μονο ελα led είδα πανω δεξια γωνια , δεν εχει αυτο που έχουν οι ανταγωνιστριες καρτες ( πχ asus rogstrix b550) που εχουν 4 ledακια ( για ενδειξη σφαλματος σε ram-cpu-bga-post
Οταν ερθει ο επεξεργαστη και τον κουμπωςω πανω θα επανεθλω με Update.

A great motherboard for its price with a wide range of ports and easy installation. Additionally, the fact that it supports the 5600x and other processors in this series without a bios update makes PC building much easier, even for newcomers to the field. As for temperature, I don't have any feedback yet due to limited use. However, overall, I consider it quite reliable for its price.

Very good. Without many words, it is the same as any other motherboard with the same price. I bought it clearly for its beauty and the fact that it was on B550. Also, I didn't want to get the B450 because it had a DVI port and it ruins the aesthetics for me. If it has any issues, which I don't think it will, I will return it.

Very good motherboard for its price, the only negative is that I had a bit of trouble with the wifi antenna which I encountered a small issue but it was eventually resolved. Overall experience very positive, I highly recommend it, as the problem regarding the wifi may be due to my router or my connection.

I think the price range of 130-140€ is the strongest and most reliable motherboard for a new build with 5600 or 5800x3D! It has SAM support and 1xPCIe 7000+MB speeds. A positive aspect is that it has thermal pads to keep the SSD cool.
5/5 and I highly recommend it for aesthetically-minded and demanding users!

πολύ καλή μητρική για τα χρήματα της , το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι με πεδεψε λίγο η wifi κεραία που αντιμετώπισα ένα μικρό πρόβλημα αλλά τελικά λύθηκε . Γενική εμπειρία πολύ θετική το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, διότι πρόβλημα όσον αφορά το wifi ίσως ευθύνεται το ρούτερ μου η σύνδεση μου .

I think the price range of 130-140€ is the strongest and most reliable motherboard for a new build with 5600 or 5800x3D! It has SAM support and 1xPCIe 7000+MB speeds. A positive aspect is that it has thermal pads to keep the SSD cool.

It has everything and it's worth it. 12+2 phases for delicate x3d and for powerful x9xx.
wifi, bt, pcie4, realtek 1220, argb. What else could you want that this motherboard doesn't have.
Now, there are 2 issues that are not immediately apparent.
This (rev. 1.0), for me, both were 1.2. I don't think you will find 1.0 anymore, but don't listen to anyone saying that 1.3/1.4 is better than 1.2 or 1.5. The only difference in all of these is the wifi/bt module. One is AMD, the other is Intel, and the third is realtek. Except for 1.0, in practice, they are all the same since the features promised by Intel (rev 1.3-1.4) will never be seen in practice. HOWEVER, all these revs have to do with different bios from the gigabyte website, so be careful when downloading the bios to make sure it's for the rev you have.
The second issue is that the motherboard simply is NOT compatible with Ryzen 1xxx or 2xxx, so before buying it, we need to know what we will put on it.

Τα έχει όλα και συμφέρει. 12+2 phases για τους ντελικάτους x3d και για τους βαρβάτους x9xx.

Τώρα σε 2 θέματα που δεν είναι διακριτά με την πρώτη ματιά.
Αυτό το (rev. 1.0), εμένα ήταν και οι δύο 1.2. Δε νομίζω πως θα βρεις 1.0 πια όμως μην ακούσεις πως το 1.3/1.4 είναι καλύτερο από το 1.2 ή από το 1.5. Η διαφορά σε όλα αυτά είναι ΜΟΝΟ το wifi/bt module. Το ένα είναι AMD το άλλο είναι Intel to τρίτο είναι realtek. Με εξαίρεση το 1.0 στην πράξη είναι όλα το ίδιο μιας και τα καλούδια που υπόσχεται η intel (rev 1.3-1.4) δε θα τα δεις στην πράξη ποτέ. ΟΜΩΣ όλα αυτά τα rev έχουν να κάνουν με διαφορετικό bios από το site της gigabyte οπότε προσοχή μεγάλη όταν κατεβάζουμε το bios να είναι για το rev που έχουμε.
Το δεύτερο θέμα είναι πως η μητρική απλά ΔΕΝ είναι συμβατή με Ryzen 1xxx ουτε και με 2xxx οπότε πριν την αγοράσουμε πρέπει να ξέρουμε τι θα βάλουμε απάνω.

I combined this motherboard with a Ryzen 5 5600 3.9GHz, a Western Digital Black SN770 SSD 500GB M.2 NVMe PCI Express 4.0 hard drive, Kingston Fury Renegade 32GB DDR4 RAM with 2 Modules (2x16GB) and a speed of 3600 for Desktop, MSI MAG Forge 100M Gaming Midi Tower Case with Side Window and RGB Lighting, Be Quiet System Power 10 750W Full Wired 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply. I made two mistakes out of haste, the memory cards run up to 3600 while the processor up to 3200, resulting in instability. I disabled XMP from the BIOS and everything is fine. And the second mistake with the power supply is that it doesn't have detachable cables. Fortunately, in the case, by removing the cover for the HDD disks, they fit in there. I forgot the most important thing. 598 euros including shipping. That is approximately 580 euros net.

I highly recommend this build, everything works perfectly. Booting Windows 11 from a USB stick, the PC opened directly to the Windows settings, without needing anything.
Hogwarts Legacy runs at 1440p medium-high graphics at 45-55fps, which is remarkable for this graphics card that I have.
Although it has a B550 chip, the motherboard is of very good quality! Coming from a motherboard with an X570 chip, I can't see any clear benefit in getting something else! It does everything, more or less, it has almost everything, 2 M2 ports, wifi, bluetooth, RGB, good sound card, very good quality components in construction, plenty of USB 3.2 ports and even support for front USB type C... really a very good motherboard in terms of cooling, with settings for a decent overclocking... but also in terms of capacitors and power supply! Also, it seems quite reliable in terms of construction and certainly on an AM4 platform, you can't ask for anything more!
αν και Β550 το τσιπακι, η μητρικη ειναι παρα πολυ καλης ποιοτητας! Και ερχομενος απο μητρικη με Χ570 τσιπακι, δεν μπορω να δω καποιο πολυ ξεκαθαρο οφελος να παρεις κατι αλλο! Τα κανει ολα, λιγο-πολυ, εχει σχεδον τα παντα, 2 θυρες Μ2, wifi, bluetooth, rgb, καλη καρτα ηχουν, πολυ καλα ποιοτικα κομματια στην κατασκευη, αρκετες θυρες usb 3.2 και ακομα και υποστηριξη για εμπρος usb type c... πραγματικα ΠΑΡΑ πολυ καλη μητρικη και απο αποψη ψυξης, με ρυθμισεις για ενα συμπαθητικο overclocking... αλλα παραλληλα και σε θεματα πυκνωτων και παροχης ρευματος! Επισης, φαινεται αρκετα αξιοπιστη απο αποψη κατασκευης και σιγουρα σε ΑΜ4 πλατφορμα δεν μπορεις να ζητησεις τιποτα παραπανω!
Well, I just got it yesterday and haven't installed it yet because I'm waiting for the processor, so I'll update it in a few days...BUT, at first glance, I've found the following negatives...quite negative for me, maybe not for someone else.
4 fan headers (and 1 for the CPU cooler) placed in difficult positions, there isn't even one on the side where the 24-pin is located.
4 SATA ports, 2 next to the 24-pin and 2 on the same side, but in the bottom right corner.
It doesn't have an LED on top to show if there is an error...I only saw one LED on the top right corner. It doesn't have what the competitor cards have (e.g. Asus ROG Strix B550) which have 4 LEDs (for indicating errors in RAM-CPU-BGA-POST).
When the processor arrives and I install it, I will update it.
I have the REV 1.3 with Wi-Fi.

Well, the Ryzen 5700X has arrived...The motherboard is great if the above mentioned negatives don't bother you, then I highly recommend it.
Λοιπον , την πηρα μόλις χτες , δε την εχω βαλει ακομη γιατι περιμενω να έρθει και ο επεξεργαστης , οποτε θα κανω Update σε λιγες μερες...ΑΛΛΑ , με την πρωτη ματια ... εχω βρει τα εξης αρνητικα...για μενα αρκετα αρνητικα, για καποιον αλλον ισως οχι
4 fan header ( και 1 για την ψυκτρα cpu 5 ) τοποθετημενα σε δύσκολες θέσεις , απο την πλευρα που ειναι το 24πινο , δεν υπαρχει ουτε ενα
4 SATA ports , 2 διπλα απο το 24πινο, και 2 στην ιδια πλευρα..αλλα κατω δεξια γωνια
Δεν εχει πανω led για να σου δείχνουν αν υπαρχει σφαλμα .... μονο ελα led είδα πανω δεξια γωνια , δεν εχει αυτο που έχουν οι ανταγωνιστριες καρτες ( πχ asus rogstrix b550) που εχουν 4 ledακια ( για ενδειξη σφαλματος σε ram-cpu-bga-post
Οταν ερθει ο επεξεργαστη και τον κουμπωςω πανω θα επανεθλω με Update.

A great motherboard for its price with a wide range of ports and easy installation. Additionally, the fact that it supports the 5600x and other processors in this series without a bios update makes PC building much easier, even for newcomers to the field. As for temperature, I don't have any feedback yet due to limited use. However, overall, I consider it quite reliable for its price.

Very good. Without many words, it is the same as any other motherboard with the same price. I bought it clearly for its beauty and the fact that it was on B550. Also, I didn't want to get the B450 because it had a DVI port and it ruins the aesthetics for me. If it has any issues, which I don't think it will, I will return it.
Πολύ καλή. Χωρίς πολλά λόγια είναι ίδια με κάθε μητρικη με τα ίδια χρήματα εγώ την πήρα ξεκάθαρα για την ομορφιά της και το ότι ήταν σε B550, επίσης δεν ήθελα να πάρω την B450 γιατί είχε dvi port και μου χαλάει την αισθητική. Αν βγάλει κάποιο πρόβλημα, που δεν νομίζω, θα επιστρέψω.
Easy installation, good build quality, no issues. I think it's a great choice for the price (160e). Personally, I also like the aesthetics of the Aurus.

This motherboard is boring, which is why I give it 5 stars, because if you want a motherboard to look out the window at again after 10 years, there aren't many of this level. Get it for its immortal build, plenty of phases, capacitors, heatsinks, ergonomics, thickness, high speeds with 4 RAM DIMMs, reliable wireless and wired chips, and much more. It forgives mistakes, withstands experiments, and stands the test of time. Very serious, and it even gives you the bells and whistles if you want, as it has fan and RGB headers on every side, front panel headers (soon we'll be searching for those too with all the nonsense going on), but above all I believe this particular motherboard is an experience on its own and it's worth investing in even in 2026 to avoid the theatrical performances of the big companies. For years now, with the greenest and most boring settings, it performs everything wonderfully without drops and freezes. I can't say the same for friends who chose something else and had to buy the same things again after the warranty. It handles the most modern graphics with the largest AM4 processors flawlessly.

Very good motherboard for its price, the only negative is that I had a bit of trouble with the wifi antenna which I encountered a small issue but it was eventually resolved. Overall experience very positive, I highly recommend it, as the problem regarding the wifi may be due to my router or my connection.
