So... Something really did happen to this perfume. It was unjustifiably out of stock for months and when it returned to the market in October 2023, not only did its color change but also the scent itself... Now it no longer projects its fragrance nor does it last, it doesn't remind me at all of the previous version. And the worst part is that they put it at an outrageous price, maybe to convince us of its quality, let's not go crazy... it lost its identity and became just a supermarket cologne. I'm sorry because it was my favorite.
Update 02-01-24 In a question I asked directly to an employee of a well-known store, I was told that the composition of the perfume changed and that they will make changes to other perfumes as well because a substance considered harmful to skin health was banned... I mention this as information without knowing if it's true.
Update 01-02-24 The above information is accurate, the substance lilial (Butylphenyl methylpropional) was banned as it is suspected of causing allergic reactions, skin problems, and hormonal issues... According to an EU directive, all products containing this substance had to be withdrawn from shelves by Dec. 2022, which is why we lost this perfume from the market for about a year... I just hope it didn't leave us with any issues for those of us who used it for so many years XD
Update 03-12-25 I couldn't resist trying it again when I saw that the purple color had returned. Unfortunately, no matter how much you put on, you won't get compliments from this perfume anymore. They really reduced its intensity, longevity, and changed the composition quite a bit. When it was made in Spain it was superb, but now it's made in France, probably by L'Oreal. Such a shame, really such a shame!!!!
