    This is hydrochloric betaine (betaine HCL) 650 mg per tablet. The only problem with this particular product is that it is in tablet form. If you cannot swallow it, then you will need to crush it (powder), dissolve it in water, and consume it with a straw (be careful with your teeth). It will burn your tongue and esophagus. Prefer the capsule over the tablet in such supplements.
