If you have a coccyx issue, it is not suitable at all. It is a hard pillow. I cut the cells at the back for the coccyx and it still bothers me. If you don't have an issue, it is indeed cool and does not slip.

No ergonomics. No feeling of relief in the lumbar region. No difference compared to the seat cushion.

I had my doubts after reading various comments on foreign and Greek websites. I decided to give it a try and found it simply perfect! Not great not terrible! It helps if you do sedentary work but don't expect anything amazing. It's definitely better than not having a cushion on the seat at all. It's also convenient if you have a leather chair where you sweat in the summer, as this allows air to circulate underneath and makes you more comfortable. For the money, it's okay.

It really helped me and I didn't have to buy a new office chair. My back pain has significantly decreased. The only downside is that the cover slips a lot on the chair. They should replace the cover with something less smooth.

I can't evaluate it objectively since I used it for a few days until I washed my orthopedic Supracor Stimulate pillow.
