Dietary supplement with plant-based and natural carnosine. Carnosine is a dipeptide, consisting of the amino acids beta-alanine and L-histidine. It is found in the tissues of the heart, skeletal muscles, and the brain.

The main dietary sources of carnosine are meat and fish. Carnosine levels decrease over time, as age increases.
