The nutritional value of Bardas peanut butter is the same as that of their peanuts. Rich in antioxidants, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (E, B6, B1, B2, B3), magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, copper, as well as protein, the peanuts are carefully selected and turned into pure peanut butter without the addition of sugar, salt, and hydrogenated fats, maintaining all the nutritional value of the peanut.
