Dual Cooking Mode

Three flames serve as burners on the top, while food is grilled on the grate below.

Without Ignitions

The fat and juices from the grilled food do not drip onto the burners, consequently reducing flare-ups, making grilling more enjoyable, and the grilled food more delicious.
