At first, I only used the exit button and the wireless controllers and everything was perfect. The problems started as soon as I started using the keyboard and the tags. When entering with a code or tag, the exit button does not work when exiting. It requires a second press in the best case scenario and in the worst case, entering the code again.
I have not contacted the store.
Both the lock and the keyboard need a cover (they are not for outdoor use)
