Paper towel holder with a weighted base that doesn't tip over when you tear off a piece from the roll. It features a spring-loaded arm that keeps the towels organized and then acts as a guide. It is made of stainless steel.

1) Although obvious, the thickness of the roll should not be particularly large to fit between the arm and the central axis – bulky rolls (300 g and above) do not fit.
2) Once you choose the "right" size roll and place it on the axis, the arm works excellently, but only for the towels that make up the first half of the roll. As the roll decreases in volume, the arm becomes useless as it does not have sufficient elasticity to adhere to the roll – thus it does not help in cutting the towels more comfortably.
Given the (exact) price, I would expect something better regarding the above.

2) Εφόσον διαλέξεις το «σωστό» μέγεθος ρολού και το τοποθετήσεις στον άξονα, ο βραχίωνας λειτουργεί εξαιρετικά, αλλά μόνα για τις πετσέτες που αποτελούν το πρώτο μισό του ρολού. Καθώς το ρολό μικραίνει σε όγκο, ο βραχίονας καθίσταται άχρηστος αφού δεν διαθέτει επαρκή ελαστικότητα ώστε να εφάπτεται στο ρολό – συνεπώς δεν βοηθά στο να κόβονται πιο άνετα οι πετσέτες.
Δεδομένης της (ακριβής) τιμής, θα περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο σχετικά με τα παραπάνω.
