    It leaves a nice feeling but personally I don't think it helped with stains and whitening. If it helped more, the price wouldn't matter, now I would call it expensive.

You don't need to use a lot of product; even with the smallest amount (which is enough for the foam to cover the teeth and clean them), I saw a difference within 3-4 weeks.
