I give it five stars because I have already started to feel its positive effect on some levels. I hope for even better results, especially regarding my immune system, which has been in shambles since my pregnancy.
The negative for me, more than the fishy taste, is the oily residue it leaves after swallowing, which makes it very difficult for me and causes nausea. For this reason, I am considering trying the capsules when the bottle is finished.
UPDATE: When the green apple I had finished, I decided to give it another chance and try the lemon. NO COMPARISON. Very pleasant and somehow the fishy taste doesn't linger, we're talking about a huge difference! So I will stick to the lemon!!
