I had the same one for about seven years until the thermostat broke. I bought the same one again because it is quite a quality product and mainly because it doesn't take up space in width, only in length, and it has the capacity to take four slices of bread. It is easy to remove the crumbs and it also has a mechanism that centers the slices so they don't get close to the heating elements. Also, some metal flaps lift up so you can toast buns on top, though I personally never used that. The new model also notifies you with a sound when the toast pops up and it also has two buttons for when the bread is wet or frozen. I don't think these will be useful to me because depending on what I put in, I can adjust the temperature myself. The level of toasting it does corresponds largely to the scale you choose

It is the best toaster, 8 years ago I bought the first one and a month ago I bought the same one for the third time, it lasts 3-4 years with daily use in the morning, noon, and evening. We couldn't find a better one. In between, we tried using another toaster for testing purposes, but either it broke quickly or we were not satisfied, so we bought the same one again.
