The Powermat MN-PM-0911 welding wire is a self-shielded, flux-cored wire suitable for welding mild and high-strength steels with a tensile strength limit of up to 510 MPa. It is used in prefabrication, construction, tank and agricultural equipment manufacturing, as well as repair work. Suitable for welding in all positions, for single-pass and butt welds, using automatic or semi-automatic equipment.
It can be used on aluminized and galvanized steels with a thickness of 1.2–5.0 mm and is intended for general-purpose applications without impact strength requirements. It operates without shielding gas and has a weld metal deposition rate of 75–85%.
