    it really does rest the foot, up until just before the end it fits perfectly. however, at the top end, for me it was excessively tight and started to bother me after a while. the clasp is durable plastic, nevertheless it broke relatively easily in the 2nd month of use. the elastic is made of good material but fits a bit strangely because it doesn't stay at the waist, but lower on the buttock, resulting in it showing through some clothes.
