The round stone is made of cordierite and is therefore more efficient and durable than clay oven stones.
Heat in the oven for about three quarters of an hour at maximum temperature. Then, place the pizza on the stone base. After a few minutes, the stone has evenly heated the pizza dough and removed the moisture.
This makes the pizza dough crispy while the toppings retain their freshness.
