Tip: every 2 weeks, take out the filter and clean it with a vacuum cleaner, so it's never clogged, as it collects dust.

I installed a new filter (from the official store) and followed the reset process to show 100% remaining life. Something that didn't happen. It continues to show 0% remaining no matter what I do. I contacted infoquest for support and they told me to "send it for technical inspection at your own expense." The issue is that the cost of sending this as a retail customer without a code through a courier is prohibitive.
