When it works, the result is very nice. The bad thing is that because it is made with such poor quality material, it usually does NOT work. And when I say it doesn't work, I mean from the very first tape. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives other than getting the older model from Ebay, which is still top-notch to this day.

Despite the somewhat "flexible" feel of the plastics and mechanism, after four tapes it hasn't shown any problems. You quickly get used to the right pressure on the handle so that the letters come out clearly. Small deviations in the spacing between characters are expected, due to the way the mechanism works, but for some this is part of its "vintage charm." Extra vintage points also for the absence of separate "1" and "0" digits, which are necessarily written as "I" and "O," respectively. Note that the disc only has Latin characters, not Greek.

It's fine for its price. As other reviews mentioned, it seems a bit fragile, but I haven't had any issues so far.

It works fine and does its job. The only problem is that due to its cheap construction, we are a little afraid that it might break when we press it. But we have already used it a lot and it functions properly.
