Not at all satisfied, I bought it for support in running shoes. First of all, the corresponding insole size I got does not fit in a size 44 shoe (I tried it in three different shoes / two running and one sneaker) and I had to cut it partially to fit in the shoes. Finally, I found them quite stiff and hard (especially in the middle of the insole you can strongly feel the point where the plastic ends - or whatever other material has been used). I tried them twice while walking for about 2-3 km and did not attempt to wear them for running due to a potential risk of injury to the foot
Καθόλου ικανοποιημένος, το αγόρασα για υποστήριξη σε running παπούτσια. Καταρχάς δεν χωράει σε 44 νούμερο παπούτσι το αντίστοιχο νούμερο πάτου που πήρα (το δοκίμασα σε τρία διαφορετικά / δύο running και ένα sneaker) και υποχρεώθηκα να τα κόψω μεριμετρικά για να χωρέσουν στα παπούτσια. Τέλος τα βρήκα αρκετά δύσκαμπτα και σκληρά (ειδικά στην μέση του πέλματος νιώθεις έντονα το σημείο που τελιεώνει το πλαστικό - ή όποιο άλλο υλικό έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί). Τα δοκίμασα δύο φορές σε περπάτημα κάνοντας περίπου 2-3χλμ και δεν επειχείρησα να τα φορέσω σε τρέξιμο σε ενδεχόμενο πιθανού τραυματισμού στο πέλμα
