I have had it since 2022, it is incredible, it produces very clean water. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because there is an issue with the switch that goes on the faucet—you waste a lot of water. Even though I changed it and put a new one, it still has the same problem!! I don't know what workaround to do!! Its own is the one with the black part, the others are the new ones I bought

Indeed, the top part needs to be tightened well with the base to avoid leaks. It seems to retain limescale and the taste of chlorine. The only negative is that the few plastic parts on the body of the filter (chrome-plated plastics) are not of good quality and the chrome comes off, making it look like it has limescale from a leak.

The smell of the water has noticeably changed, for the better of course. It's worth the money, it has a strong flow. I don't know if it does what it promises because I haven't sent it to the lab, but to me it seems that the water is better. It is a bit bigger than the equivalent product from the Greek company.

The only issue is the slight tilt of the spout, which, when there is high pressure, throws the water far away. Many times outside the sink.
I replaced the faucet with the one from my old filter, which had the correct tilt.

I bought it last January. Excellent! I immediately noticed the difference after installing it. I live in Athens and the chlorine in the water bothers me. With this filter, both the smell and taste of chlorine disappeared! Easy installation, high water pressure, excellent performance! This year I changed the filter after 1 year and chose another brand due to its ratings. I was disappointed, so I bought the same one again! It is more expensive than others with similar features, but it is of much better quality and performance!

Nice water but very poor build quality. Water constantly leaks from the base, and I have it in a bowl to prevent the countertop from being damaged by the leaking water. Very poor, when the time comes to change the filter, I won't even buy a replacement, I'll throw it away.

Very good flow compared to other countertop filters I have seen. It doesn't smell and has a clean taste. I don't have an opinion on minerals yet because I don't know how much my husband uses it and for the kettle as well, where it's an easy way to see what it retains. Excellent for simple home use. Its filter is 0.5, which means it doesn't filter everything, only the coarse particles. However, this is also an advantage because the water has excellent flow. I think for Athens, where the water is soft and quite clean, it works perfectly

Although there were no instructions, the box had a QR code. You scan it and it shows you how to connect the filter. Of course, it is in English, but the pictures help a lot. It wasn't difficult. At first, the water has a smell. So, wash the dishes, water the flowers for a short period of time. After that, the water will be normal. It runs strong, fills the pot quickly, but be careful not to get wet :) The replacement is inside, take out the protective bag. We have a lot of minerals in the water, I hope it will help. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

Purchased along with a water filtration system for the home. This one was installed in the store and the taste of the water improved a lot. It became more neutral

Good but I didn't like that the base was made of chrome-plated hard plastic, next time I would prefer the model that is all plastic with a transparent top piece, because the plastics that are chrome-plated are hard and break easily and do not give me the feeling of durability over time.

Fantastic filter and I didn't expect it to be so big, and the installation was easy and it came with two different faucet adapters. At first, you want everything to be tight (not strong) and to put the gasket (rubber band) inside the plastic cap from the point where the screwing starts (see photos). It made a tremendous difference in the water, it became one of my favorites.

Excellent. The only minor negative is that it didn't come with instructions, at first it seemed like it was missing something but with your comments recommending pressing while screwing, there is no leakage anymore. I let the water run for a bit before the first use. Value for money.

Initially, the product is plastic and not stainless steel as I thought for some reason (if it was stainless steel obviously it wouldn't be so cheap). The flow is quite good, it is somewhat bulky but generally okay, there is space. The water smelled a little plastic at first, but the smell quickly disappeared and now everything is fine. It has happened to me before with a filter of another brand

It was quite a struggle for me to open it to the point where I wondered if I am stupid or something is wrong. It should have a sheet with instructions, not even on the internet does it show what you should do with the pdf. However, the important thing is that the water smells, I tried the replacement filter it has and both have the same issue. I let them run for 20-25 minutes and then filled 2 freshly washed glass bottles and the taste is unbearable. The same taste in a glass as well. In the past, I had a faucet filter and had no problems for years, now with this one I don't know what's going on but the result is terrible.
