Sometimes you wake up in the morning with a headache. Their taste, however, is very pleasant, so sometimes you can't resist taking another one! I would prefer if they were a bit cheaper for regular daily use.

update 14/06/2026 : Μετά την χρήση δύο μηνών, μπορώ να πω ότι αποδίδει γρήγορα στο να κοιμηθείς μόλις τα πάρεις - σε μισή ώρα κλείνεις τα μάτια. Ο ύπνος είναι βαθύς, ωστόσο εάν ξυπνάς μέσα στη νύκτα προς τα ξημερώματα, το πρόβλημα παραμένει και δεν σου έχρεται ύπνος (ίσως να μην έχει σχέση με την απόδοση του σκευάσματος, αλλά με το σύνδρομο υπνικής άπνοιας - θέλει ψάξιμο). Κάποιες φορές ξυπνάς το πρωί, τελικά και με πονοκέφαλο. Η γεύση τους πάντως είναι πολύ ευχάριστη, ώστε κάποιες φορές δεν αντιστέκεσαι στο να πάρεις και ακόμη ένα! Θα προτιμούσα να ήταν λίγο φθηνότερα για σταθερή καθημερινή χρήση.

The sleep is deep, however, if you wake up during the night towards dawn, the problem remains and you can't fall back asleep (maybe this isn't related to the product's effectiveness, but to sleep apnea syndrome – needs further investigation). Sometimes you wake up in the morning with a headache. Their taste, however, is very pleasant, so sometimes you can't resist taking another one! I would prefer if they were a bit cheaper for regular daily use.

Όπως βλέπετε άλλη έκδοση του προϊόντος (natural) παρήγγειλα και άλλο μου ήρθε (sleep). Αρκετοί χρήστες εδω αναφέρουν ότι πληρώνεις για την καλή έκδοση με περισσότερα συστατικά (natural) και σου στέλνουν αυτή (sleep) με τα λιγότερα, που σε κάποιες φορές προκαλεί ακόμη και πονοκέφαλο. Για την τελευταία το GhatGPT αναφέρει ότι περιέχει και χημική ουσία! Θα επανέλθω ως προς την χρήση του, μετά από προσωπική εμπειρία.
update 14/06/2026 : Μετά την χρήση δύο μηνών, μπορώ να πω ότι αποδίδει γρήγορα στο να κοιμηθείς μόλις τα πάρεις - σε μισή ώρα κλείνεις τα μάτια. Ο ύπνος είναι βαθύς, ωστόσο εάν ξυπνάς μέσα στη νύκτα προς τα ξημερώματα, το πρόβλημα παραμένει και δεν σου έχρεται ύπνος (ίσως να μην έχει σχέση με την απόδοση του σκευάσματος, αλλά με το σύνδρομο υπνικής άπνοιας - θέλει ψάξιμο). Κάποιες φορές ξυπνάς το πρωί, τελικά και με πονοκέφαλο. Η γεύση τους πάντως είναι πολύ ευχάριστη, ώστε κάποιες φορές δεν αντιστέκεσαι στο να πάρεις και ακόμη ένα! Θα προτιμούσα να ήταν λίγο φθηνότερα για σταθερή καθημερινή χρήση.

The best one that actually makes me sleep. I have taken other melatonins in the past and with a higher dose but this is the only one that actually works FAST (within half an hour) even though it's a small dose. Most pharmacies now sell Ziquil Sleep and not Natura, which Sleep has reduced ingredients, with valerian dropping to 5 mg (just to have it in there, it doesn't do much else), chamomile 5 mg, and lavender 5 mg. With Natura, you fall asleep more quickly (important for those of us who work rotating shifts); with Ziquil Sleep, it takes a bit longer to fall asleep, and the reason is clearly the ingredients... If you find Natura with 30 mg valerian, get it yesterday. If you find Sleep, make sure to take it at least an hour or a bit more before you go to bed. Με το natura σε παίρνει πιο άμεσα ο ύπνος ( σημαντικό , για εμάς που δουλεύουμε κυλιόμενο ωράριο ) με το ziquil sleep , αργεί λίγο να σε πάρει ο ύπνος και ο λόγος είναι ξεκάθαρα τα συστατικά ... αν βρείτε το natura με 30 mg βαλεριάνας πάρτε το χτες . αν βρείτε το sleep , να φροντίσετε να το έχετε πάρει τουλάχιστον μία ώρα και λίγο παραπάνω, πριν κοιμηθείτε. I take it when I have trouble sleeping and it helps me fall asleep more easily, especially on days with anxiety, stress, and tension from work (I finish work at dawn). It has a nice taste and doesn't leave a heavy feeling in the morning.
